Perfect Pairs Side Bet
As the name suggests, this side bet involves trying to predict whether you will be able to make a pair with your first two cards. A ‘perfect pair’ is when you get two of exactly the same card, but other possibilities include colour pairs (e.g., 6 of hearts and 6 of diamonds) and mixed pairs (e.g., 6 of hearts and 6 of spades).
Insurance Bet
An insurance bet can be played if the dealer’s face-up card is an Ace, and the idea is that it offers insurance against the dealer’s hand being blackjack. Insurance bet odds are usually set to 2:1, and the maximum bet allowed is generally half of the player’s main bet.
5-Card Charlie
In this side bet, you bet on having five cards in your hand without going bust. If you go bust before reaching the 5-card minimum, you lose the side bet.

RTP is short for Return to Player, and is usually expressed as a percentage. Percentage return to player (% RTP) is the expected percentage of wagers that a specific game will return to the player in the long run.
